Booking and Cancellation Policies
Booking: A deposit is required to book a charter and full payment is required for some tours or transports. The balance owing must be paid in before the departure of the trip. We accept BZ and US cash and credit cards. Large group bookings require at least two weeks notice and full payment. Please let us know at the time of booking if anyone has special needs we should be aware of.
Cancellation: Refund of deposit will be given for confirmed bookings if Happy Go Luckie Tours has to cancel due to weather or other unforeseen events. In the event of a cancellation we will do our best to reschedule the trip at the convenience of the guest. Cancellations by the guest for any reason with at least 7 days notice from the trip departure time will also be granted a full refund. Cancellations by the guest within 7 days of departure will forfeit the deposit.
CANCELLATIONS BY THE GUEST DUE TO COVID 19 RELATED ISSUES WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND OF ALL DEPOSITS AND FEES BUT PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT IT IS OUR POLICY TO NOTIFY THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH OF ANY VISITOR THAT HAS CANCELLED DUE TO COVID 19 RELATED SYMPTOMS FOR HEALTH FOLLOW UP AND TESTING.
