Night Jungle Walk Experience the jungle at night! Walk with an experienced guide and spot the many nocturnal creatures that come out at night. You may even be lucky enough to see one of Belize's five species of wild cats. Zip and Sip Visit Bocawina National Park and fly through the jungle canopy on the longest zipline in Belize with 14 platforms and 9 different runs. When you are finished relax and debrief at the Wild Fig restaurant with a refreshing beverage and snack. Spice Farm and Botanical Gardens Culinary Tour Tour the gardens and learn about the cultivation of allspice, cardamom, cinnamon, vanilla, coffee, cacao, exotic fruit trees, black pepper and more. Touch, smell and taste as you learn about these plants. Watch cinnamon extraction, vanilla bean curing process or a spice cooking demonstration. There will be time to enjoy the gardens after the tour on your own or have an optional lunch at the on-site restaurant. Jungle Horseback Riding This trail ride is specifically designed for beginner to intermediate riders—lower jungle trail with just the right amount of challenge! The riding adventure takes you through ever changing scenery—from broken pine ridge covered in magnificent ferns to the rain forest and its magnificent cohune trees. Your trail will detour to the Sittee River where you can enjoy a cool swim or just walk along the river bank and skip stones. The it’s time to remount and head back to the stables to give your mount a well deserved rest. |
