Booking: a deposit of $100 US must be provided to secure a confirmed booking. The balance owing must be paid before the departure of the trip. Please let us know at the time of booking if anyone has special needs we should be aware of.
Cancellation: Refund of deposit will be given for confirmed bookings if Happy Go Luckie Tours has to cancel due to weather or other unforeseen events. In the event of a cancellation we will do our best to reschedule the trip at the convenience of the guest. Cancellations by the guest for any reason with at least 7 days notice from the trip departure time will also be granted a full refund. Cancellations by the guest within 7 days of departure will incur a $200bz cancellation fee or equal to full payment for per person bookings equaling less than $200bz per person.
CANCELLATIONS BY THE GUEST DUE TO COVID 19 RELATED ISSUES WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND OF ALL DEPOSITS AND FEES BUT PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT IT IS OUR POLICY TO NOTIFY THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH OF ANY VISITOR THAT HAS CANCELLED DUE TO COVID 19 RELATED SYMPTOMS FOR HEALTH FOLLOW UP AND TESTING.
