If you have not requested ground transport please familiarize yourself with our departure location: "The Spot-HGL Tours", which can be found on Google Maps. You will be sent an email with any follow up information we may require. Your booking will be tentative until payment is made to confirm. We only take cash payment for this tour. Please visit our office or departure location to make payment and secure your space on the boat. Cancellation: Refund of deposit will be given for confirmed bookings if Happy Go Luckie Tours has to cancel due to weather or other unforeseen events. In the event of a cancellation we will do our best to reschedule the trip at the convenience of the guest. Cancellations by the guest for any reason with at least 7 days notice from the trip departure time will also be granted a full refund. Cancellations by the guest within 7 days of departure will incur a $200bz cancellation fee or equal to full payment for per person bookings equaling less than $200bz per person.
