    If you have not requested ground transport please familiarize yourself with our departure location: "The Spot-HGL Tours", which can be found on Google Maps. You will be sent an email with any follow up information we may require and confirmation of pricing as well as an online deposit request to confirm the booking. Booking: Full payment must be provided to secure a confirmed booking. Please let us know at the time of booking if anyone has special needs we should be aware of.

Cancellation: Refund of deposit will be given for confirmed bookings if Happy Go Luckie Tours has to cancel due to weather or other unforeseen events. In the event of a cancellation we will do our best to reschedule the trip at the convenience of the guest. Cancellations by the guest for any reason with at least 7 days notice from the trip departure time will also be granted a full refund.  Cancellations by the guest for any reason including missing documents or medical issues within 7 days of the booking will forfeit the deposit.
